J-TUBE CENTRALIZERS

J-tube Centralizers are engineered to centralize Umbilical, Riser and Flowline with j-tubes & j-tube bellmouths. By umbilical type (hydraulic umbilical and electro-hydraulic and electro-fiber optical hydraulic umbilical with medium voltage cores) and by riser type (production riser, drilling riser, work over riser, and others).

J-tube Centralizer is used to provide sealing and corrosion protection between flexible umbilicals, cables or pipes and the J-tubes found on offshore installations. They are widely used in the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors.

We provide both types of diverless and diver-installed J-tube Centralizers that are available in a range of sizes for pre- or retrofitting.

Additionally, centralizers can be specified to maintain the cable position within a J-tube while bend restrictors or stiffeners can assist with positioning and stability.

A typical J-tube Centralizer comprises three key components:

• The clamp
• The seal
• The nose
